Pagination is still important. But in the interest of post organization, just as we're doing on Android, I think a better solution would be to keep only anonymous posts on the Posts page, and then show a visually small list of blogs at the top of the page.

Finished a manual import utility for Ghost tonight. Should be able to use it as a starting point for future integrations.

This functionality belongs in its own CLI instead, where it can be more fully-featured and do interesting things.
Input needs to be terminated by pressing F6 on Windows.

There are some potential issues with links that will make things difficult with hosting the same data on clear web and a hidden service. Also there haven't been any requests for this, so no big deal in dropping this, unless it becomes pressing.
