For some of the same reasons we need {T360}, we should have offline support. The same user that requested T360 lives in New Zealand where internet is "slow and expensive." Our native clients support offline usage, and since this would be a really nice differentiator that fits in line with our product goals, we should support this soon.

This will be great, but will require some deliberate thought (and ideally some input from someone who knows what they're doing).

As of today, 13 out of 5,355 active posts have at least one embed view. We're going to remove the links from posts and keep supporting embeds, but not offer any extra functionality around it.
