Overview

Allow an Editor or Admin to convert an Org Contributor into a Member (backed by an actual Write.as account).

Use Case

A Member regularly publishes articles by an outside Contributor. One day, that Contributor wants to publish directly. They should be able to keep their authorship information on past posts by formally joining the Org.
