Description

Overview

Enable users to import their posts from another WriteFreely instance.

Implementation

We should have a new "import" page that allows users to upload any of the file types we make accessible for export (zip, json, and csv).

For each of these types, see sub-tasks.

Mentioned in this comment, we'll need to be able to upload a full archive of the posts, metadata, images, and files from another WriteFreely instance (T822: Include photos with Write.as export).
