Description

Allow users to log in with a central Musing Studio account.

This will replace "Log in with Write.as" on Musing Studio products.

Log in page, echoing current one on Write.as that supports multiple apps
Logging in should redirect user to a particular app if given, otherwise to MS dashboard (TODO: create task)
