## Overview v0.4 includes constructor funcs we need (that we forked the library to add). We might also be able to use its methods for generating actor keypairs (to fix T547).

## Overview v0.4 includes constructor funcs we need (that we forked the library to add). This was the original target version for the task. Now the library is on v1.0, so we should move to that. We might also be able to use its methods for generating actor keypairs (to fix T547).
